1:1 Teaching Assistant - Primary School
Location: Rugby | Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunity

A primary school in Rugby is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil within the school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

The Role

Providing consistent 1:1 support to a named pupil

Supporting learning across the curriculum

Adapting activities to meet individual needs

Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence

Supporting social and emotional development

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies

Contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

Experience supporting children in a primary school setting

Understanding of SEND and differentiated learning approaches

A calm, nurturing, and flexible approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) desirable
