We're looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic, award-winning Commercial Division, which covers:
Wealth Management & Finance | Insurance & Legal | Sales & Marketing | Electrical Wholesale | Care & Education | Office Support and more.

This role requires a motivated self-starter who takes ownership of their niche like it's their own business and personal brand. You'll have the autonomy to build relationships, develop your market, and grow your desk into a high-performing revenue stream, with generous uncapped commission and bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Handle queries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Continuously learn and improve through training and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
• Strong rapport-building and negotiation abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Positive, resilient, and target-driven personality
• UK driving licence (preferred)
