Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per year

The Role – AAT Trainer (AAT Levels 3 & 4)

In this role, you’ll be shaping the next generation of accounting professionals by delivering engaging training for AAT Levels 2, 3, and 4. Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering classroom and online training sessions to apprentices and learners

• Supporting and assessing learners to help them successfully achieve their qualifications

• Inspiring and motivating learners to overcome challenges and reach their full potential

• Adapting delivery styles and resources to meet different learning needs

• Keeping training content relevant by staying up to date with industry developments

• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A relevant accounting qualification (AAT Level 4 minimum)

• Strong communication skills – able to connect with people at all levels

• A genuine passion for helping others succeed

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own diary

• Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office

• A proactive and professional approach

Bonus points if you have prior teaching, training, or apprenticeship experience, but this is not essential – full support will be provided.
