Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer

Marble Talent Group are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing Service & Installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and is looking to join a forward-thinking and dynamic company.

Main Duties

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the East & West Midlands.
• Diagnose faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs.
• Provide excellent on-site communication and customer service to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Accurately complete all relevant documentation for works carried out.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the installation of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (desirable).
• FGAS Category 1 certification.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Positive, proactive attitude with good timekeeping.
