Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building strong customer relationships and seeing projects through from concept to completion? Our client is a long-established steel fabrication and powder coating business with over 50 years of success, supplying high-quality components to the shop-fit, POS and retail industries – and they’re looking for an Account Manager to join their busy Leicester office.

In this role, you’ll be the link between our clients customers, suppliers and production teams – discussing projects, preparing quotes and ensuring jobs are delivered on time and to the highest standard. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong communication and organisation skills
• A sound knowledge of metal fabrication processes (POS/Retail industry experience is a plus)
• Experience in quoting, project management or customer-facing roles – or you may currently work on the shop floor and want to transition into an office role
• Determination, commitment and a proactive approach to problem-solving
