Accounts Practice Manager 
Leicester, Leicestershire 
Full Time - Monday to Friday 
Salary £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience 

An accountancy practice in Leicester is looking for a Practice Manager to help oversee the Accountants and day to day operations. 

It is an office environment which welcomes clients into the office, therefore part of this role will involve face to face contact with new and existing clients. 

You will be: 

• Managing and training Accountants and other employees 
• Planning and conducting client meetings to promote the practice's services 
• Working on the Accounts and Tax for businesses 
• Using Quickbooks, Sage, VT, TaxCalc and Excel  

The ideal candidate will be: 

• AAT qualified minimum 
• Ideally ACA/ACCA but can accept QBE depending on experience 
• Management or Supervisor experience within an accountancy practice 
• Knowledge of business accounting and corporate tax 
• Local to Leicester and happy to travel within the area on occasion 

The practice offers: 

• Salary circa £35,000 - £45,000 
• Earlier finish on Friday at 4:30pm 
• Full Time hours 
• 25 days holiday plus BH 
• WFH one day per week 
• Option to purchase practice in future
