Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £30,000 - £43,000 Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
As an Accountant, you will work closely with senior team members, gaining invaluable experience while assisting in various accounting duties, including:

• Preparing financial reports, including statutory and management accounts.
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns (self-assessment, corporation, and partnership tax).
• Building strong relationships with clients through positive interactions.
• Providing accurate financial advice and responding to client queries.
• Ensuring timely delivery of services in compliance with internal and statutory deadlines.
• Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Supporting junior staff and reviewing their work to ensure quality.
• Suggesting improvements and best practises in accounting processes.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and a keen desire to learn and grow. Required qualifications and attributes include:

• Part ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• A solid understanding of key tax matters (Corporation Tax, Personal Tax, etc.).
• Familiarity with accounting software systems.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
