Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing multi-service construction business, located in Nottingham, who are currently on the look out for an Accounts Administrator to join them on a Part-Time basis. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for plaing a crucial role in managing financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of accounts payable processes.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in an accounts administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and financial reporting is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information as required.
- Manage accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Continuously improve processes related to accounts administration for greater efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and forecasts.
