Job Description:
Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Tamworth based client to recruit for an Accounts Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Accounts Administrator will include:
- Handle all accounts queries via telephone and email
- Raise and process customer invoices
- Raise and process purchase invoices
- Complete bank reconciliations daily
- Schedule payments
- Allocate costs
- Upload invoices to customer portals for payment
- Support the smooth running of the finance department
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience within an Accounts/Finance role
- Be computer literate, especially with Excel and Outlook
- Ideally be AAT Level 2 qualified, however this is not essential
- Confident in using accounting software’s
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
