• Process invoices, payments, and look after a busy purchase ledger mailbox
• Using Sage
• Processing daily cashbooks
• Daily and monthly bank reconciliation
• Payment runs
• Assist with month end tasks
• Assist with the business system implementation

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• Previous experience working in an accounts assistant or purchase ledger role
• A strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A confident and proactive personality
