Job Description:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator looking for their next career move to work in our manufacturing client's busy Sustainability & Health & Safety team providing admin support. A fast paced organisation ideally looking for someone that has worked in a similar type of role. The company specialises in the design and manufacture of Point of Sale Displays within the temporary and permanent display industry.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office ie Outlook, strong Excel & Word
- Experience in sustainability is desirable but training will be given
- Good attention to detail/admin skills & strong communication skills
Role & Responsibilities:
- To support the Sustainability Manager & Health & Safety Manager
- Support the audits and paperwork for the Ecovardis acreditation
- To prepare Monthly checklists for various teams
- Support on Fire alam and Lighting tests
- To assist in obtaining information from the business such as spoilage rates
- General administration and filing to support the teams
- Produce reports
