Adult's Commissioning Manager - Local Authority

Job Description:

My Local Authority client in the Midlands is looking to appoint a talented Adult's Commissioning Manager on a Contract basis.

The role will lead strategic commissioning of either Mental Health, LDA and Complex Needs, or 'Early Action.'

Local Authority experience is essential

About the role:

Based in the Midlands (hybrid):

• Lead key strategic commissioning objectives for MH, LDA & Complex Needs, or 'Early Action.'
• Develop and implement commissioning strategies.
• Undertake needs assessment and gap analyses to inform commissioning decisions
• Develop and manage commissioning cycles, including service specs, procurement, contract management and monitoring.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in Adult's Commissioning.
• Deep experience in project management and transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Local Authority experience is essential.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £550+ per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience
