About the Role

Think FE is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Ofsted-rated Good college located in the Midlands. The college boasts industry-standard facilities and a strong track record in delivering high-quality technical and vocational education.
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Lecturer to deliver inspiring and technically accurate sessions to learners across Level 3 and related programmes. The successful candidate will also contribute to curriculum development and maintain strong links with industry to ensure learning remains relevant and impactful.

What will you be doing?

• Plan and deliver engaging sessions in air conditioning and refrigeration
• Teach practical and theoretical components to full-time and part-time learners
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
• Uphold high standards in health and safety, particularly with regard to F-Gas compliance
• Support learners’ development towards achieving their qualifications and career goals

  
What are we looking for?

• Teaching experience in a further education or training setting
• Relevant Level 3 qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field
• Valid F-Gas certification
• A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd) or Assessor Award (A1/TAQA) – ideal, though strong teaching experience will be considered in lieu
