Air Conditioning Engineer

Job Description:

About the Role:

• One of the world's largest Facilities Management companies, are seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their onsite maintenance team in Derby.
• This is excellent opportunity for someone to develop and further their career in varying fast paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assure that all heating and air conditioning equipment receives regular maintenance to meet and above service level agreements and expectations.
• Make sure that plant flaws and defects are promptly fixed to keep the plant in operational condition at all times.
• To perform reactive and scheduled preventative maintenance on other site plants as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience within a similar role
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant qualifications (e.g., FGas Catergory 1 and NVQ Level 2 AC & Refrigeration)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Salary could reach up to £55,000 with Overtime Availability & On Call
