This is a front-line engineering role for people who want to stand out. If you want a clock-watching, box-ticking maintenance job - this isn’t it. If you want to be part of a high-performing team, where effort and skill are rewarded – this is for you.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for “average.” We want the engineers who:
- Say yes to a 3-hour job with 2 minutes left on the clock.
- See challenges as opportunities to show what they can do.
- Understand the value of an hour and make every one count.
- Have the hunger to learn, push themselves, and set the standard others follow.
If that sounds like you - you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be a trusted field engineer working across a range of clients in education, government, retail, industrial, and commercial sectors. Your work will include:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing AC systems (80% AC / 20% refrigeration & chillers).
- Working on VRV/VRF, splits, CRAC, AHUs, close control, chillers, and package units.
- Carrying out warranty work, fault finding, part changes, remedials, PPMS, and reactive call-outs.
- Mainly working on Mitsubishi & Daikin systems (but expect variety depending on client sites).
- Contributing to our mission: “To serve our clients and exceed their expectations at every opportunity.”
What’s On Offer
- OTE up to £42.5k (basic + Door-to-Door)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x & 2x
- Call-out rota: 1 in 8–19 (location dependent, £90/week allowance)
- Minimum 4hrs pay per call-out
- Fully kitted van & tools
- Work across high-profile contracts (Police, Gov, Commercial, Industrial, Education)
- Real career progression with technical training and support
What You’ll Bring
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Level 3 is a bonus)
- F-Gas Category 1 (or 10+ years’ experience if not qualified)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A “yes” mentality - ready to work, learn, and deliver under pressure
- A professional, client-focused attitude with pride in workmanship
Interview Process
- CV review and Teams call with Hiring Manager
- Second stage: Teams or face-to-face
This isn’t a role for clock-watchers. It’s for engineers who thrive when the pressure’s on, who know their value, and who want to be recognised for their skill and commitment.
