Air Conditioning Engineer – Commercial Building Maintenance
Location: Midlands / East Midlands
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits Package
Hours: 40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-Time

Branta Recruitment are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive service across a portfolio of commercial buildings in the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that values its engineers and offers long-term career progression.

The Role:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems within commercial premises.

• Diagnose faults, complete repairs, and ensure compliance with F-Gas and H&S regulations.

• Support energy efficiency improvements and system performance.

• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on client sites.

• Participate in an out-of-hours rota (as required).

About You:

• Fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer (FGAS Category 1 essential).

• Experience with VRV/VRF, splits, and AHUs in commercial environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
