Location: Barwell (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

About the Role

As an Apprentice Customer Service Representative, you’ll learn how to:

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Support customers with queries, issues, and delivery updates
• Work closely with internal departments to meet deadlines
• Maintain customer records and complete essential data entry
• Build strong working relationships across the business

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you become confident and capable in all aspects of the role.
