The Job

As an Apprenticeship Sales Manager, you’ll lead on expanding apprenticeship provision in the education sector — specifically across schools, academies, and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs). You’ll develop strategy, build long-lasting relationships, and drive growth in apprenticeship starts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute apprenticeship sales strategies focused on school and education partnerships

• Build high-level relationships with senior school leaders and decision-makers

• Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to achieve apprenticeship growth targets

• Identify and convert new opportunities within the education and skills market

• Work collaboratively with internal delivery and compliance teams

• Represent the organisation at educational events, meetings, and conferences across the Midlands

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Strong apprenticeship sales experience, ideally selling into schools, academies, or local authorities

• A track record of building and growing education sector partnerships

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

• A commercial but mission-driven mindset

• Leadership experience — able to coach, motivate, and drive performance

• Flexibility to travel across the East & West Midlands
