The Role
You’ll take ownership of developing new business and nurturing existing employer relationships to drive apprenticeship growth across the region.
Your day-to-day will include:

Identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Managing key accounts to increase growth and retention.

Representing the organisation at meetings, events, and networking sessions.

Supporting bid and tender submissions, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Achieving monthly and annual sales targets in a supportive, goal-driven team.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll bring proven experience in business development, ideally within the apprenticeship or skills sector, along with a genuine passion for education and learning.
You’ll need:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Confidence in building lasting client relationships.

A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the Midlands.
