Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist architectural practice who offer their expertise to a range of bespoke residential projects. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architect to join their expanding team in Rearsby.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

• manage projects from conception to completion
• Ensure quality procedures are maintained and contribute to the growth of the department
• Demonstrate strong residential design ability with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Utilize AutoCAD and NBS Specification knowledge
• Oversee contract administration

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong RIBA part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on bespoke residential projects
• Strong design and drawing skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Rearsby area
