Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice who offer excellent interior and architectural design services to the commercial and retail sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join their expanding team in their Kilby offices.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

• Develop concept designs and technical drawings
• Assist with project coordination alongside Senior members of staff
• Work on retail and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Work on planning applications and building regulations
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Relevant post part 3 qualification experience as an Architect
• Proficiency with Vectorworks
• Experience working on retail and commercial projects
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to Kilby
• Full UK Driver's License
