Leicester, LE1 area, Up to £45k per annum (dependent on experience)

We’re working with a family-owned business, with a strong focus on residential development schemes, alongside selected commercial projects. They are looking for a technically focused Architect, Architectural Designer or Architectural Technologist to join their team and take ownership of delivering projects to the highest standard.

The Role
This is a hands-on technical role, suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, detail, and producing high-quality drawing packages. You will be responsible for delivering projects from design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Producing full drawing packs for residential and commercial schemes
• Leading on building control submissions and technical compliance
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
• Working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team

About You
• Confident user of Revit
• Strong technical knowledge and detail-focused approach
• Previous experience in residential development projects
• ARB qualified
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
