Area Sales Manager - construction products (route to market - regional house builders / contractors)

Area: East Midlands

The role of Area Sales Manager

• As Area Sales Manager, you will be tasked with selling the companies leading range of electrical products.
• The Area Sales Manager will be required to win specifications with regional developers, national house builders (regional offices) M&E contractors, social housing / housing associations.
• You will be tasked with developing existing accounts (introducing new product lines) as well as opening new accounts and generating new specifications.

The Candidate - Area Sales Manager

• Construction field sales experience with strong soft skills
• Ability to manage short and long sales cycles
• Ability to prospect and manage accounts and develop a pipeline
• Full training and support provided

The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager

• up to £45,000 - £50,0000 basic dependent on experience (£50k if you have a wealth of relatable industry experience)
• £15,000 OTE - £20,000
• Hybrid company car
• 6% company contribution pension
• 25 days holiday plus stats
