As anĀ Art Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
TeachingĀ Art and DesignĀ across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with the possibility to teach A-Level content.
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in a range of media, such as drawing, painting, printmaking, and digital art, within your role asĀ Art Teacher.
Inspiring students to think critically, develop their creativity, and express their artistic vision.
Providing constructive feedback and support to ensure students make strong progress inĀ Art.
Playing a key role in the broader life of theĀ Art Department, including leading art clubs, organizing exhibitions, and offering extracurricular opportunities.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum, share best practices, and continually develop your own teaching skills as anĀ Art Teacher.

Ā What Weāre Looking For
We are looking for anĀ Art TeacherĀ (ECT or experienced) who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Art, Fine Art, or Art & Design.
Has experience teachingĀ ArtĀ at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with the ability to teach A-Level content.
Is passionate aboutĀ art educationĀ and has strong subject knowledge, with a creative approach to teaching.
Can engage and challenge students of all abilities, maintaining high standards of achievement and behaviour in the classroom.
Is committed to being a collaborative team player and actively contributing to the success of theĀ Art Department.
Has excellent communication skills and is dedicated to professional growth and development as anĀ Art Teacher.
