Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:30- 16:30

We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Leicester. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with good attention to detail and a practical, reliable approach to work.

Duties of aAssembly Operative

You will be working as part of the Assembly Team and will be responsible for:

• Assembling a variety of shop stands and display units.
• Using a glue gun and other basic hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Following assembly instructions and quality standards.
• Ensuring all products are completed to a high standard.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.

Skills and experience of anAssembly Operative

As an Assembly Operative, you will need to have experience with:

• Previous assembly or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Comfortable using a glue gun and working with different materials.
• Able to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
