Assistant Branch Manager – Permanent - £30000 - £32000 +Bonus (OTE up to £37000)

As Assistant Branch Manager you will: -

• Lead and support the front-of-house customer service team
• Allocate jobs and manage technician workloads efficiently
• Clearly explain repairs to customers and obtain their approval
• Manage parts ordering and inventory using in-house systems
• Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed throughout the branch
• Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development initiatives

What You Will Bring

• Experience in the automotive industry (preferred, not essential)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A people person with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Competent IT and administration abilities
• Knowledge of workshop health & safety regulations
