We’re hiring an Assistant Centre Manager for a well-established independent garage in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Centre Manager as an Assistant Centre Manager with daily operations
• Take on leadership duties as the Assistant Centre Manager, motivating a small team
• Maintain high levels of customer service in your Assistant Centre Manager role
• Oversee job allocation and workflow in the workshop as the Assistant Centre Manager
• Manage parts ordering, stock control, and service admin tasks expected of an Assistant Centre Manager

About You:

• Experience in a garage, service, or workshop environment suitable for an Assistant Centre Manager
• Supervisory or team leader background is preferred for an Assistant Centre Manager
• Strong communication and organisational skills essential for any Assistant Centre Manager
• A technical background or MOT license would be a bonus for this Assistant Centre Manager role (not essential)
• Motivated to learn, grow, and succeed as an Assistant Centre Manager
