Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Manager as an Assistant Centre Manager with daily operations
- Take on leadership duties as the Assistant Centre Manager, motivating a small team
- Maintain high levels of customer service in your Assistant Centre Manager role
- Oversee job allocation and workflow in the workshop as the Assistant Centre Manager
- Manage parts ordering, stock control, and service admin tasks expected of an Assistant Centre Manager
About You:
- Experience in a garage, service, or workshop environment suitable for an Assistant Centre Manager
- Supervisory or team leader background is preferred for an Assistant Centre Manager
- Strong communication and organisational skills essential for any Assistant Centre Manager
- A technical background or MOT license would be a bonus for this Assistant Centre Manager role (not essential)
- Motivated to learn, grow, and succeed as an Assistant Centre Manager
