Job Description:

ASSISTANT DESIGN MANAGER REQUIRED

I’m recruiting on behalf of my client a Leading Tier Main client an Assistant Design Manager to join a leading main contractor. The business undertakes projects in various sectors including HMP, Education and Defence with values between £20milion  and £50 million 

Sector: Construction -New Build 

Salary range : £45K -£55K based on experience 

Location: Derby

Start date : Asap

Duties:

• Ensuring the design process recognise current legislation, standards and codes of practice where ap Ensure timely delivery of design information and resolve issues within strict deadlines.
• Participate in tender launches, adjudications, and project initiation meetings as needed

• Coordinate and supervise external design consultants

The ideal candidate will have main contractor experience.
