Assistant Management Accountant – Highly Reputable Retail Business
Location: Oakham
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

With a reputation built on trust, excellence, and outstanding service, we continue to grow—and we’re now looking for a dedicated Assistant Management Accountant to support our finance function.

 Key Responsibilities:

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

• Take full ownership of the sales ledger and purchase ledger

• Manage invoicing processes accurately and efficiently

• Assist the Head of Finance with broader company accounting duties

• Contribute to month-end reporting and other financial tasks as needed

About You:

• You have hands-on experience in a similar finance role—experience is more important than qualifications

• AAT qualified (or working towards) is a bonus, but not essential

• You’re hard-working, dependable, and take pride in your work

• You’re confident working independently and as part of a team

• You’re proactive and always willing to go the extra mile
