Assistant Management Accountant - 6 Month FTC
Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office) - Belcan, Derby, UK

Belcan International, is hiring an Assistant Management Accountant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Join our dynamic finance team, where professionalism, continuous improvement, and customer focus drive everything we do.

• Support management accountants with prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, and WIP
• Post month-end journals in Oracle
• Assist with monthly reporting to our parent company
• Prepare accurate balance sheet reconciliation's
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects

• 3+ years' experience in a similar finance related role is essential
• AAT qualified or CIMA part-qualified
• Strong Excel skills supported by experience with Oracle is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ablility to work independently
• Clear written and verbal communication

• Hybrid working (e.g. 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata)
