Main Duties:
As an Assistant Management Accountant, your main duties include:
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management reports.
- Perform capital expenditure reconciliations and prepare related financial reports.
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accurate reporting of project progress and balances.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Support Capex planning, approvals, and forecasting activities.
- Reconcile foreign VAT accounts and collaborate with the VAT team on claim submissions.
- Analyse and allocate costs related to both contract and permanent labour.
- Provide financial support and insights to the Technical Centre team as needed.
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions.
- Participate in internal control and compliance processes.
