Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our Commercial Manager and Site Managers, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of the project lifecycle. You will assist with:

• Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations

• Measuring and pricing works

• Preparing tender documents and assisting with procurement

• Monitoring project costs and supporting financial reporting

• Liaising with subcontractors, clients, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Working towards or recently completed a degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying (or related field)

• Ambitious, eager to learn, and driven to progress within the industry

• A good communicator with strong numeracy and analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office, inc Excel and outlook

• A team player with a proactive attitude
