Location: Nottingham 

Salary: Up to £45,000 + will tailor package dependant upon the individual's experience

The Opportunity

As an Assistant QS, you’ll work closely with a supportive commercial team while taking on increasing responsibility. For the right person, the aim is that you’ll be running your own projects within 12 months.

You’ll be involved in:

• Procurement and tendering

• Subcontract management

• Cost control and reporting

• Valuations and variations

• Working with site teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance

• Supporting delivery across a diverse project portfolio

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction

• Someone driven, ambitious, and eager to develop

• A self-starter who wants more responsibility and quicker progression

• Strong commercial awareness and willingness to learn

• Experience in residential, care/retirement, or commercial builds is beneficial
