Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Industrial & Commercial Projects
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Comprehensive benefits package 
Location: Leicestershire 
Contract: Permanent
Start: Immediate

A well-established main contractor with an annual turnover of circa £100M, specialising in industrial and commercial new build and refurbishment projects, is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the commercial team in the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and valuations

• Support contract administration and procurement activities

• Assist with measurement, cost reporting, and commercial documentation

• Work closely with project teams to monitor project costs and ensure value for money

• Relevant experience or education in quantity surveying or construction

• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach

• Enthusiasm to learn and develop within a growing contractor
