Preferred Requirements:

• Carry out a range of resident services, including meet and greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, and lettings viewings
• Ensure a seamless move-in and move-out process for residents, with all related streams completed within set timeframes
• Respond to day-to-day inquiries from residents and escalate complaints as needed
• Manage the Front of house team rota and be an ambassador for the events committee
• Conduct property inspections and liaise with contractors, cleaners, and maintenance operatives to ensure high standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in effectively managing a successful team is desirable
• Qualifications in property or customer service would be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve targets
