Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager/Supervisor for an exciting hotel fit-out project focusing on re-decoration. This 4-5 week project offers a dynamic working environment, and we're looking for a hands-on professional to oversee the day-to-day operations on-site and ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule.

• Manage the quality of finishes and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.

• Oversee a team of contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

• Communicate daily with project stakeholders and report progress.

• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Resolve any site issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption.

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed updates to the project manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Assitant Site Manager/Supervisor on similar fit-out or re-decoration projects (hotel experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Knowledge of industry standards and quality control practices.

• CSCS card/SMSTS/first aid
