Assistant Site Manager – Large Housing Development (280 units)
Nottingham – Radcliffe on Trent
Long-Term Project to 2030 + Ongoing Work Across the East Midlands

Are you a hands-on, driven Assistant Site Manager looking for a long-term opportunity with real progression? I recruiting for a fully fledged ASM to join a major 280-unit housing development in Radcliffe on Trent. The project runs until 2030, with ongoing work across the East Midlands afterwards – offering genuine job security and long-term prospects.

What We’re Looking For:
Someone who thrives on solving problems, getting stuck in, and keeping the site moving. This isn’t a clipboard-in-hand management role; it’s for someone who wants to be on the ground, leading by example and helping drive a high-quality build.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Young, ambitious and hungry to progress

• A personality hire – confident, positive, and able to build strong relationships on site

• An experienced Assistant Site Manager with volume-build or traditional housing experience

• A natural problem solver, not just a box-ticker

• Ideally based in or around Coventry for easy access to future East Midlands projects

About the Role:

• Supporting the Site Manager on a large, multi-phase housing development

• Ensuring quality, safety and progress on site

• Hands-on involvement with subcontractors, trades and build stages

• Helping drive high standards and maintaining programme
