Assistant Site Manager

Job Description:

Start date: Monday 1st December

A National Housing Developer are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a 3 month contract.

The role is based in West Midlands, Warwickshire, Bedworth. This is a full-time position in the Construction industry with a salary range of £240 - £260 per day.

• Assist the Site Manager with the back end of the build from pre-plaster to handover.

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• First Aid Certification
• Valid Driving Licence

Experience in New Build Housing projects.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The role involves working on construction sites and may require occasional travel to different project locations.
