Associate Civil Engineer

The role:

• Lead the design and delivery of highways, drainage, and flood risk projects
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a collaborative, learning-focused team culture
• Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Prepare and review detailed designs using Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, and related tools
• Contribute to bids, proposals, and business development efforts

About you:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng)
• Chartered (or near chartered) with 8+ years' experience
• Solid knowledge of UK design standards and infrastructure delivery
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
