In this role, the successful Associate Structural Engineer or similar will be responsible for managing the civil and structural engineering design on a variety of projects, leading a team of both Engineers and Technicians. In addition, you will also be responsible for both client, consultant, contractor and colleague liaison, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest of standards. On top of this, you will be responsible for preparing detailed designs as well as accurate reports/documentation for any projects worked. Finally, you will be a representative for the company in regard to meetings, external engagements etc…

The ideal Associate Structural Engineer or similar will have a background within the Civil/Structural Engineering sector, or a related field. In addition, you will have previous working experience in both technical drawing/designs as well as structural analysis on a wide variety of materials. On top of this, you will ideally be chartered and/or working toward it. Finally, you will have a full, valid UK driver's license as well as access to your own vehicle.

The Role:

• Managing the civil and structural engineering design on a variety of projects
• Client, consultant, contractor and colleague liaison
• Preparing detailed designs as well as accurate reports/documentation for any projects worked

The Person:

• A background within the Civil/Structural Engineering sector, or a related field
• Previous working experience in both technical drawing/designs as well as structural analysis on a wide variety of materials
• Valid UK driver's license as well as access to your own vehicle
