Key Responsibilities
Read and review auction legal packs to ensure all properties meet compliance requirements before being listed for auction.
Update marketing literature and documentation to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance at all times.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage and resolve incoming queries effectively.
Use initiative to identify and resolve issues that may prevent a sales lead from progressing.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Carry out any additional duties as required by the Line Manager.
Essential Requirements
Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Proven ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Accurate data entry and confident typing skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong technical proficiency across standard office systems and tools.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Preferred (Not Essential)
Experience working in a conveyancing role at any level.
