Audit & Accounts Senior

Job Description:

Space 8 Recruitment are looking for an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their Coventry-based client on a hybrid basis. 

The Company 

This Accountancy Practice is well-established and employ over 40 staff in Coventry. 

The Role 

Reporting directly into the Partners, this role is to take the lead on audits.  Clients are varied and include charities, academies, engineering and manufacturing, UK subsidiaries of EU parent companies.  Client turnovers average £15-35m. 

What are we looking for? 

The successful applicant will be ACA or ACCA Qualified with experience of leading Audits.
They will be hands-on and have experience of preparing accounts under UK reporting standards
They will have UK tax knowledge 
The will have a good understanding of PAYE, CIS and VAT

What are they offering? 

22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays 
Early finish on a Friday at 3pm 
Hybrid working with 1 or 2 days at home
