Job Description and Responsibilities
Specialise in autism support, designing innovative lessons with tech and sensory twists for ultimate impact. QTS plus training needed, but the flexibility in approach and deep connections make it a Gen Z dream gig.

• Create tailored curricula using visual aids and AR tools.

• Guide social skills with interactive role-plays.

• Collab on IEPs with multisensory strategies.

• Track progress and adapt for breakthroughs.

• Mentor peers on autism-inclusive vibes.

Job Requirements

• QTS via BEd, PGCE, or equivalent.

• Degree in education or related field; autism-specific training (e.g., NAS accredited) preferred.

• DBS check required.

• Experience with autistic students and sensory teaching methods.

• Strong adaptability and communication skills.
