Welder Fabricator (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Coalville
Pay Rate: £16.60 / Plus shift Allowance + Overtime
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2.15pm - 12.30am (38.75 hours per week)
Hunters 4 Staff is seeking an experienced and proficient Welder Fabricator to join our Dynamic Client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about welding and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding with precision and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIG welding.
• At least 3 years of fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with press brake machines and plasma cutting machines is desirable but not essential.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Additional Information:

• Overtime kicks in after 38.75 hours per week at a rate of £24.84/h (Monday to Friday).
• Saturday rates: £24.84/h (6am to midday), £31.00/h (after midday).
• Sunday rate: £31.00/h.
