£30k - £32k

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Amazing artisan, award winning commercial bakery are looking for a number of professional experienced Balers to strengthen their production team due to recent successful & contractual wins.

As a foodie, the successful Bakers will have real passion and experience working in a high-care confectionary manufacturing environment, ideally, working with dough, dough mixing and dough lamination

The duties of the successful Baker will include;

• Producing the baker’s full array of pastries, cakes and savoury snacks
• Creating dough & monitoring development to the companies’ high standards, dough mixing, dough lamination & dough proving
• Working in a high-care environment, adhering to all con policies on SOP & hygiene
• Wear the necessary PPE
• Manage stock levels and report on defects, issues with delivery
• Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Experience & characteristics of the successful Baker

• Proven experience producing dough, dough mixing & dough lamination 
• Able to communicate clearly in English
