Job Title: Baler & Compactor Engineer
Location: Nationwide (Predominantly Midlands) 
Salary: £55,000 OTE per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shifts)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Baler & Compactor Engineer to join a growing team covering the Midlands. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out service, installation, maintenance, and repair of waste balers and compactors
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults quickly and efficiently
• Perform on-site repairs 
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (required)
• Experience working with balers, compactors, or industrial waste equipment (essential)
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
