I'm looking for an experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist (band 7) to work with a specialist Mental Health and Rehabilitation Unit in Loughborough.

Look for someone with advanced clinical skills in both speech and language therapy and dysphagia management, and a commitment to service development and staff training.

You will;

• Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for service users with complex needs across inpatient settings and within the community, including home visits.

• Design, implement, and review both individual and group interventions, with expertise in advanced dysphagia management.

• Take a lead role within your specialist field, offering expert guidance and support to colleagues, other health professionals, and carers.

• Supervise, mentor, and assess the practice of junior speech and language therapists, therapy assistants, and students.
