The Role:
• Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Work 1:1, in small groups and within the classroom to help children access learning and achieve progress
• Assist teachers with differentiation, behaviour support and creating a positive, engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to ensure pupils’ well-being and development
• Provide tailored support to children with Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language Difficulties, and other additional needs
What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience working with primary-aged pupils or children with SEN
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Teaching Assistant, Education, or similar (desirable)
• A nurturing, patient and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
