BESS Engineer – Battery Storage & Power Generation

Rugby + UK-wide field work
Up to £45,000 + overtime

We’re hiring a BESS Engineer to join a growing energy solutions business working across battery energy storage systems and power generation.

This is a hands-on role combining workshop-based work in Rugby with national site visits and reactive call-outs.

The Role

• Fault-finding, repair, and maintenance of BESS & generators
  
  
• Workshop repairs and UK-wide field service
  
  
• Working with Victron systems
  
  
• Electrical testing and diagnostics
  
  
• Customer-facing service delivery
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ hands-on BESS / power generation experience
  
  
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
  
  
• Experience with Victron systems (preferred)
  
  
• Flexible with travel and staying away when required
  
  
• NVQ Electrical / Plant Maintenance (preferred)
  
  
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
