Are you a self-driven Account Manager ready to make an impact in the smart building and sustainability space? We’re looking for a motivated professional to drive specification sales, build strong consultant relationships, and develop a growing partner network across the UK.

You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our market presence — building relationships with consultants, specifiers, and engineers to position our innovative building automation solutions as the preferred choice for sustainable projects.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with consultants, specifiers, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive solution specification into major projects.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and networking events to raise awareness and engagement.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client success.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in account management, business development, or specification sales.
- Proven success working with consultants, engineers, or architects.
- Knowledge of building automation, HVAC, or smart building solutions or transferable skills (advantageous).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Confident working independently in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
